Yeah, if I could remake for an official game, I'd do live instrumentation, except for the opening. I'd keep that mostly retro, but replace the more bassy notes with a timpani drum. (It'll be like a referent to NSMBW's final boss phase 2 music.) Then I'd go with an organ, piano, violin, and keep the drum going (but be conservative with it. Keep them in the background. Don't do too many hits.) I may even throw in a bass guitar to add a subtle drone in the background. And you can't forget the gong crashes. If this track is remade, I just want to see an HD, version of the ominous, sinister, and gloomy castle of my childhood.

I really love that you mixed in Bowser's laughing in with the song, you don't see that ever in other remixes, i personally feel like Bowser laughing as you enter the castle added so much atmosphere to it, like you know your in for wild ride, do you think you could make a port of 3DS Bowsers Castle, woth his laugh incorporated into the song, that would be awesome man

I'm not a fan of this track at all, but ooooo the music has always slapped and this also slaps. I like the metal the modern Bowser Castles go for, but I also just love the atmospheric music old ones go for.
