If train buffed tenants meaning tenants give better stats to the home owner and if it impacts speed, there can be issues cause in some cases you want the home owner to be slower than the tenant like LoFA with melodic strings cause you want halora to use their active first before LoFA but if it buffs attack and hp and other stuff then it would be fine

@@Saytguard tbh, Speed is calculated differently in the houses and the modern Speed Treasures also are better than what houses offer. Still a treasure that buffs Hp/Att gain from homes would actually be cute.
