As a player that just started the game not so long ago (my best hero is a E1 garuda) this acc makes me want to jump of a bridge... the ammount of time he wasted collecting the rewards like tbh what is he even thinking when he is playing the game like is he even thinking while playing? You get busy and start to save things. There's a point where you want to spend them all, after that point you become a hoarder and can't spend anything.

also he said in chat that he is overwhelmed with the choices - I can feel with him totally - just started playing 6 days ago, got MK recommended by my guild (lucky I was, this player had no one) - still have tons of trouble to understand so many ingame things, specially: how do I know or understand which heros are worth advancing or are food? Also how do I know when is time to hord and when is time to spend? I get irritated a lot when trying to find events suitable and not end up on screens that ask for money most of times I have to wait for gold, the next lvl and so on it took me 2 days to figure out the glasses (mage, warrios and so) so, this rost - and specially the ban - was neither nice nor usefull

You TELL people to save and not build until they have 9 copies of a hero. And if people actually listen to that literally then they are probably not building anything. You say that in all of your videos. Don't build until you have 9 copies. But that also means some people are standing still. They cannot advance in the various areas like campaign or brave trial etc until they get stronger heroes. And don't forget some people THINK differently. Some take things very very literally. So that could mean they build no one as they do not have 9 copies. And you should remember that people have other issues going on in real life. Doing something like this to a person - banning them + saying their account is junk - could send someone over the edge. You do not know where the person is mentally. Or how much stress there is in their life. They may not actually understand the game or parts of the game. People have lives outside of the game and often there are countless problems + stress + anxiety... There are also people who are not neurotypical so that means they think + understand things differently. Do this to the wrong person and they would go into instant PTSD mode. I have no idea who the player is but you should be aware of these things. It IS a possibility. Unless you actually know the person. Many people are under high stress, especially these days.
