Home is moved with specialized truck and dolly's, depending on the road and size of home we also need 3 pilot cars sometimes with a police escort. We do place most of the homes on owned land but there are mobile home parks designed for them. the homes are not normally fully furnished and would get delivered directly from the factory. we just stage the homes for display. Our homes may cost more in Winnipeg because of building codes and our colder climate, I'm sure we would be comparable to a new build in your area Following the same codes and cost or if i brought my home down there it would be overbuilt . Our homes are designed to last hundreds of years with basic maintenance , they are not throwaways after 10. The savings in your heating and cooling would save the cost difference over 30-40 years and the value would go up rather than decrease to $80,000. We found a buyer who loves the home and appliances and we sold many more like this .

And you can! I saw a brick house in Kentucky ..3 bed .. 2 bath new build just under 1600 sq ft for just under 76 grand! Buying a house for less is VERY doable especially at this guys price. The roof on this thing wont last long, the inside style design style is cheaply done and very boring. I wouldn't comment except I was shocked at the sticker price of this. Bored with the design ..during the video walk through I kept thinking well, it is 22 ft maybe one could order this thing gutted and just build it right. As long as whats under the floors is sturdy and done right. But .. uh huh. I highly doubt it. It's not worth it. I dont know what these crooks were thinking. I really don't \. I guess everybody hates what they do there and day dream of being a rock star... trying to get rich off of one customer. I dont get it.

In this case the build quality is more cost worthy and are curated for Canadian build and weather standards. This home is also fairly high in options that are put into the home. We have a wide range of floor plans and budgets to meet our customer needs as well. Please check out the other homes too! I wish you could see them for yourself! Sadly we are a dealer we have no say in what the build costs are, but we do our best to meet the industry and home buyer market's calling. Appreciate your feedback.

Do you buy the land where it is placed, and then just place this as a fully furnished structure, or is it built or asempled on the property? Or do you rent so you can pick up and take your home somewhere else. These houses are really nice.
