If a person is a voter of Delhi, then how many years will he have to reside in uttar pradesh to become voter of Uttar Pradesh. A Delhi man contested 2015 MLA election in delhi and lost. And contested and won gram panchayat from Uttar Pradesh in 2021.( Person was a resident of Uttar Pradesh by birth ) is unconstitutional? If it is on them it can be challenged in court Sir please....... me answer

Hanif, there is no requirement of 'time period'. The only thing is that you should be registered only in one constituency where you reside. So, the delhi man might be residing in delhi and having a voter card in 2015 of Delhi. Later, he might have shifted to UP and got registered there by changing his Delhi voter id and hence he could contest in 2021 from UP

Sir sorry yahan ye question poonche ke liye but as I know only you can answer it.. sir the question is, if in lok sabha some party wins the election by majority but the pm candidate looses his seat than president can appoint him pm and the constitution says that he could become the member of any house in 6 months. But sir how's this possible. Mera mtlb ya toh kisi mp ko uski post se htaya jaaya or phir uski jagah us pm candidate ko election ladwaya jaaye and in case of rajya sabha wahan se koi candidate htaya jaaye or uski jagah woh pm candidate ko appoint kiya jaaya. Is it the procedure or something else? Or sir yahan toh chlo 2 house hain but what if koi cm aese state main apni seat lose kr jaaye jahan ek hi house ho?

That's a good question Shobhit. Such a PM candidate will contest election to LS in a bye-election. That bye -election can be due toa vacancy caused by death or resignation of any other member. The PM can also be elected to RS. Manmohan Singh became PM through that route. He was elected to RS from Assam. In case of W Bengal, there is only one House and CM Mamta lost from Nandigram. So, she will have to contest in a bi-election in a vacant seat. Some one may resign for her or she may contest from two vacant seats.
