Mr Alemao ! These illegal structures have been illegaly built. Does the land belong to the Communidade or a private landlord ? During the monsoon when this place gets flooded then these people want compensation or alternative places to build their houses. Seraulim Panchayat is one of the most corrupt Panchayats in Goa yet the MLA does not raise the illegalities happening in his own Constituency.

This whole racket of complex conversions processes needs to be reengineered- certain things must be permitted in ones private plot without any permissions whatsoever from any authority- everyone is making hay on these permission business, we hear licence raj was dismantled in 1991, and progressively we should have dismantled all other unnecessary permits/approvals/licences.

#WarrenAlemao let your Sarpanch take the Action. Then let's see if Your MLA protecting his friend. Panchayat have full right to demolish illigal construction let your panchayat demolish it. If panchayat come to demolish it and your MLA helps him to protect illigal scrap yard then your can make video's on him before that simply don't put ALIGATION on him.
