Recently, one man killed in a church in Texas, 26 people ... before that,in Las Vegas guy killed 58 people at that concert, so.. when something like that happened or was killed about 10 or 50 people in the US they say ''mass shooting''! in France, the terrorist in Nice with a truck killed 80 people, at a Paris concert killed 150 people! Those who made 11 September and killed in those buildings close to 3,000 people and these in France, for the whole Western and all normal world they are terrorists and mass murderers, as they are! 150 killed in Paris and three thousand in New York on Sept. 11 is terrorism and mass crime! For the judge in The Hague, the difference is between Srebrenica and Prijedor in order to characterize - defined the same act in due to a slightly lower number of killed.. that is not genocide!? So if there was no genocide in Foca, Visegrad, Prijedor and other towns [killed in every city about 3 - 4 thousand people, not to enumerate everything else] then, it was not genocide in Srebrenica!Of course, Bosnia can not be compared with the Auschwitz-Holocaust by the number of people killed, this is incomparable or with the genocide in Rwanda, but the war is war, aggression is aggression, genocide is genocide,was on small or large terrain!But in anyway, God blessed the court in The Hague, the Bosnians have some moral satisfaction!

I thought the scale of organized, or connected mass murder at relatively unlikely, events in which to occur simultaneously over such a protracted period by accident, being geographically critical important enough to justify their initial offensives, when added together exceeds the group targeted for extermination and/or murder as crimes against humanity, and people caused serious bodily or mental harm in camps either detention, death or rape camps. The targeted group is not a “small percentage” of the population, but a critical element of it, in TWO geographic locations. The physical destruction does not have to be successful to tremendous levels for it to constitute genocide. Additionally the statements being closer to the time Karadzic stated “they could face extinction”. The conviction seems to be similar to Prlic et al. In that the tribunal excluded JCE 3, or Superior responsibility from the judgement. Which allowed many events clearly connected to the JCE to be excluded. This happened with the Lasava Valley cleansing, judgements and the appeals had to, not make a exhaustive de novo critique of his guilt, but a recognition that the JCE existed and he took part in SOME ways. The indictement applies to all municipalities and their environs as being targeted not whether “the Bosnian Muslims and Croats, constituted in each municipality a relatively small part...and in other ways didn’t constitute a substantial part.” However the test is whether it in anyway did constitute a substantial part, combined together not individually. Given its size....it is. I respect the judges but they erred on that respect there.
