FINALLY…a video that’s not about bad call from the umpire. Thanks.

These are pretty impressive plays to be made at that level. I made a lucky stab like at 0:36 in slooow pitch (which is basically T_ball for adults) about 30 years ago and the kid on second kept running and thought he scored and was fighting with the ump when he got called out. Even when the ump told him I caught the ball and he had failed to tag up the kid thought his team was punking him. Funny the things we remember in our old age. Thanx for posting!

@@Testey Sorry I triggered you son. That catch brought back a funny memory. I hope you spend less time on social media and video games and make some real memories for yourself before it's too late. But I suspect some old people that like reminiscing might like my comment too. I just wanted to thank the guy that posted it because it made me feel good.

You should be able to stack your entire team down the third base line if you want… learn to bunt the dang ball

This very first play is why the shift should ABSOLUTELY be allowed in baseball. If you're that predictable a hitter that they're willing to do that, then you should be punished.

That first frame looks like a situation where San Diego should have bunted to beat the shift … there were two strikes.

Sorry … there was one strike. Commenting from my iPad which doesn’t let me edit/delete on KZbin.

I'm not someone who watches a lot of baseball, can someone explain to me what happened in the first clip? I've never seen anything like it

So he is a lefty and I am guessing because he is a lefty he is going to pull it so they are trying to stop the ball because there is a guy on third and they need to get the guy out at home or else they will loose (it’s only 1 out)

2:45 That's still a home run. If a fielder catches the ball but falls over the outfield fence while making the catch, it's a home run, he needs to come down with the ball inside the outfield in order to make the out. Actually, several plays in this video that aren't the real thing. Pretty shitty highlight comp.

am i the only lame person that thinks it shouldn't be an out if the fielder leaves the field of play
2:09 he didn't make the play. I've seen the clip a bunch he didn't catch the ball it fell out of his glove. Don't include clips that aren't about the title. Disliked and I'm not finishing the video.
