That was Gabriel’s last act of evil making Marinette lie about something so big guilt tripping her into it, and questioning herself whether she is doing the right thing or not it’s honestly really good writing surprisingly after a lot of the past stuff. 😭

Honestly Adrien...when he finds out it's gonna be horrible that's poor child ur telling me he has no father and mother and he is being lied abt his father being monarch and wt makes it worse is that he as CHATNOIR has been fighting him... and even cataclysms him and worse of all he is a sentimonster...and ladybug hopefully fully does not treat him badly.
