Given that she is a kwami I don't think that is possible. Besides, a sentimonster isn't like an akumatised victim. A sentimonster is a living being created by an amok from an object with sentimental value and it is supposed to represent the owner of the object's feelings and wills about someone or something. It's also there to help the heroes (or in this case, with Mayura, the villain). The akuma, on the other hand, it a person transformed into someone with more power like Nooroo explained in episode origins.

But I think this is the ONLY version I've seen where they seemed to react to the part where Marinette fell off the stairs and got hurt. It makes the most sense that Tikki is the semti-monster. I can't imagine that a purse would form into a human being with a snake like appearance. And as Tikki is in Marinette's purse, well, it's the most logical that Tikki is the semti-monster. I know that there are stories on wattpad about this animation and about Tikki being the semti-monster, I included have started a story about this animation and Tikki being the semti-monster. But I just find Tikki being the semti-monster the most logical.
