To everyone making snap-judgments on the game's framerate, you gotta understand how mixing framerates in video editing works. The gameplay framerate looks like that because the video was exported as 24fps. You can tell that because of the live footage (the puppet stuff). You can't deliver a single video displaying multiple framerates properly. It's likely the gameplay is actually 30fps, maybe even 60fps, but the frames get dropped because the video was exported as 24fps for the promo. This has always been the case for promos that mix framerates, which is why a pure gameplay trailer is the best judgment of a game's framerate.

Enjoyed the tech test for the limited time I had to play it. The frame rates and graphics are definitely subpar and likely will be improved, but this played really well on the switch. I know I’m excited and hope many others are as well.

It might as well have a StarFox version with a spaceship-style viewing angle. ( Sonic Wings, Strikers 1945 and R-type) With side dodge and forward and backward thrust and a second side or diagonal dodge that accelerates the ship while pressed button which makes the player want to master the dodges. (How to master Mario's jump)
