That's very similar to how the game ran on my old Xbox One. It made batting very very difficult.

So far, it feels almost exactly the same as 23. That’s not a bad thing imo. I thought controls were great in that. I’ve been checking out the Jeter storylines and they’re pretty cool so far. - Danny

I do too! People hate on the switch version, but since I only have the nintendo switch, I will take anything that plays well enough. Super excited for this year

Do you have an OLED Switch, or regular version. Just wanted to know your thoughts on how the game looks in handheld mode. Also, do you notice ANY graphical improvents on the player models over last years game? Thanks for posting this video demo too!

Hi, Gillz! I haven’t had much of a chance to play in handheld as I’ve been focusing on capturing video at the moment so I can’t really comment on that right now. The only graphical improvement I’ve noticed is the game intro graphics now actually run smoothly. Everything else looks pretty much the same as last year. I’ll have a full review out around launch day! - Danny

Do you feel like theres any performance increase from past games? I felt like there was a performance jump from 22 to 23, so how did it feel for you?

Also to note: I think Coors field has close to the worst performance in terms of stadiums for the switch edition. Do you think you could do some gameplay at the Colosseum or Fenway maybe?

I'm just curious if road to the show is more reasonable this year. Last season I played like 4 seasons in the minors with leading batting records etc in each one and never got called up. It is so annoying like the minors thing is cool but seemed broken.

Really? What region? I know of if I were to buy the game from the Japanese eShop (where my base account is), there’s no early access for some reason. I bought it on the North American Switch eShop. - Danny

That’s why. For some reason, they don’t have early access in the Japanese version. That deluxe version will release on March 19th here, same as the base game. - Danny

They did an amazing job with this game in 22 and 23, I mean the switch isn't exactly a powerhouse of a console... 24 doesn't look to much different as far as graphics, game play, and animations... so as far as game play goes,to me it seems more of just a roster upgrade to the newest players!, with a few more play modes!
