I think ‘Zack Kelly’ is the biggest contributor to the victory against the Yankees. He took the mound in the top of the 7 inning with no outs and a full base, and did not allow a single run. If it wasn't for him, the game would have leaned toward the Yankees. Personally I think he's the 'M.O.M(Man Of the Match)' of this match and the hidden hero of Sunday Night Baseball! 👍 👏👏👏

You know casual bettors and Yankee fans took a bath betting on this game and last night, but the sharps were all over the Sox. Sometimes you have to throw out stats and look at the vibe and effort a team is giving out. The Sox just wanted this series more. The question is can they maintain this level of energy they brought this week against league leading Philly and NY in high profile series
@lisgod33 ай бұрын
Stats never account for the human element of effort, rivalry and emotion. Yankees probably saw this series as a donut because the Sox are nowhere near contention vs the Yanks....and the Sox took it personally. The better team in the stat book doesn't mean they're the better team on the field on any given night and we saw it in the NHL and NBA this weekend, the out-and-out better teams got rolled by the downtrodden dogs.
