in my opinion the alucard combo is skill 1+basic attack+skill 2+basic attack+skill 3+basic attack+skill 3 phase 2+basic attack+skill 1+basic attack+skill 2+basic attack Because Alucard is passive after using a skill, his next basic attack will be strengthened and also Alucard's skill 3 can reduce the time of skills 1 and 2 but everyone has different combos so it's up to the user :)

Fast hand squish enemy melt combo Combo 1 3+3+1+red jungle spell+basic atk+2+basic attack Combo 2 3+red jungle spell+3+1+basic atk+2+basic attack Combo 2 deal much higher damage but can be dodged by enemy if you aren't fast enough and hit enemy accurately with 3 + 1 at the same time. The key to these combos is hitting 3 and 1 at the same time to make enemy panic and end it in that slight delay opening. Important note before bursting down with combo check if the enemy(marksman) have wind of nature, if they have bought it don't do fast hand combo. Instead test the water by using 3 when enemy is close to passive range and use basic attack +3+basic attack+2+basic attack, after that if the enemy use wind of nature,run with 1 to the place with highest escape rate(bush, back to turret,near allies, retreat). If the enemy doesn't use(or in cooldown)wind of nature even after it's hp has fallen pretty low, then finish with 1 and basic attack.

Please remember that every time Alu casts a skill his passive will activate(pursuit with additional damage using basic attack). To maximize his damage then you have to maximize his passive. Here's my combo: BA=Basic Attack 1st form of ult + BA(passive) + 2nd skill + BA(passive) + first skill + BA(passive) + 2nd form of ult(fission wave) + BA(passive) It's quite a handful but that's also the reason why you can chase other assassins like Haya, Ling, Lance, Bene and many more.
