3D Toolpaths have the power to tackle complex challenges and geometry, so we’ve gathered some key skills and tips to help you be more efficient in programming with them. These are all areas of the 3D toolpaths that either get overlooked, aren’t understood, or are rarely optimized. There have been a lot of changes to these three areas of the software over the past two releases, so this webinar is designed to catch you up and supercharge your efficiency.

Are you using stock models in place of "Stock Setup"? I'm selecting the bounding box I created in Stock Setup. I'm confused?

Basically yes. Stock setup defines two things: the initial stock for the project and the shape of material for verification. When a project gets complex or involves multiple setups, it is convenient to verify against an intermediate stock model feature. That can be done in the Stock Setup, but requires a lot of extra clicks and then must be changed back later. The enhancement is that you can create a Stock Model feature at any point in your model and then use that to verify quickly. Prior to this change, you would still use a stock model, but would have to define it in Stock Setup before you could verify against it.
