Sane time pe mera bhi wahi question thaa ki agar aesi baat hai to gaadi turn kaise lega ... Bcus while taking a turn the inner wheel moves slower as compare to outer wheel.... Mera mind mein aaraha hai ki kuch aesa differential design karun ki jo normal condition pe open diffeferential ki tarah kaam karein aur jab woh condition sahi na ho to senser se sense kar ke locked differential on jaae .jisse one wheel doesnt slip..both wheel can move at same speed...

Correct me if I'm wrong, normally torque is divided 50:50 but they are not connected due to differential, but MLD connect them together in certain condition.

me batata hu gagan ki mechanical locker diffrential pehli baat to Eaton ne invent kiya hai or isme subse important device engagement mechanism hai Jo wheel ke 100 rpm PR centrifugal force ki wajah se engage ho jati hai ager wheel speed 100 rpm se jyada ho gyi to flyweights swing out ho jayenge or diffrential lock nhi hoga or engineering point of view se batayu to yeh theories of machine ke concept se nikla hai jisme cam or follower ka movement hai cam hai side gear it consists of clutch pack behind and engagement device or mechanism is a follower it consists of two pawls and latch bracket which is connected through centring spring and geared shaft which mesh with one of the side gear of the diffential and mounted on the diffrential hub when the hub rotates at 100 rpm the centrifugal force comes out on the centring spring due to which pawls expend and catch the latch or lockup mechanism and side gear have cam ramp machined surface behind its due to lockup mechanisn the engagement mechanism shaft which is geared and mesh with side gear is suddenly lock the side gear due to which clutch presses due to can ramp machined surface.
