Almond milk
1 cup of almonds
Water
2 pinches of salt
1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar
Pour water over the almonds and leave it overnight. Thanks to this, they will peel better. Peeled and soaked almonds, add 500ml of water to a blender, add 2 pinches of salt and blend everything. Strain the whole thing through a fine strainer and squeeze it well to separate the milk from the almond pulp. Add vanilla sugar extract to the milk and mix everything together. Ready.
Almond flour
Squeezed almond pulp spread on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Preheat the oven as shown in the video. Put the almond pulp in the preheated oven and dry it for 2 hours and 20 minutes. After this time, the pulp will be dry. Wait for it to cool down and then grind it in a blender. Put the prepared flour into a jar. Ready.
