I think the reason for the 1st bug, is because, when the turtle is killed before 3 minutes and 47 seconds in-game timer, the next turtle will appear at the opposite side (lordturtle side), and this makes the minion types flipped (EXPGold) sieges. Thank me later!

There's this annoying visual bug with Alpha's first skill that sometimes happens. His skill will fire at a different direction than where you pointed it. This 🐞 quite same 50/50 If you use Rafaela in costume mode and activate her pasive and press reset lv before she dies ( she has to target the hero who killed her so it will work) 1. If you use her any skil she will die in the standing position ( I mean she will be dead but she will be up standed). 2. If you won't use any skil after she activates her pasive and reset the lv she could walk and wouldn't die. Idk if developers fixed this but its interesting 🐞

I encountered Mathilda bug, be careful using Mathilda ult. Not just on Guinevere clone, why you stuck in the wall. You will stuck also if you use your ult on enemy while you are near the wall and suddenly your enemy died before your ult land. You'll be stuck in the nearby wall where your ult rotate.
