DMD Navigation Handlebar Remote Episode 2 and Exciting Channel News!

A big revision is coming to the whole controller functionality in DMD2. It was originally supposed to work with only BT so a lot of this is very recent on the app. I think we need to take a week out to focus on finishing controller implementation. Everything is very “temporary” because from the start we planned a new menu type for controllers which will make sense once you try it.

Thanks for the video. Outside of DMD2, does the remote work with navigating through Android? Can you open the contacts app & make calls for example. If a call comes in can you answer it?

No, I don't believe that is currently supported, but we can provide that feedback to them.

Which bike are you running the DMD2 on? I have a 500EXCF but can’t seem to get anything but the voltage reading onto the Garmin Tread. I have the same handlebar control but haven’t installed it because I can’t any of the other readings on the software. Thanks for the tutorial, I hope I can figure out my issues and finally install that controller, it’s really nice.

What year 500? Mine is a 701 enduro

@@AdvTechMoto 2020. I hear the Euro 501 works but I've not seen anything on US bikes and I hear aftermarket ECU like the Athena don't work. :(

Thanks for video, I have Silverfox H1 controller and it was good to see what I can do with remote 🫡 everything is not so intuitive right away

Yes, not intuitiverl right off. I'm still getting used to it as I haven't used it enough yet to always know exactly what button does what all the time or navigating through the program.
