Sherrone was flat out lying. Or is blind (which wouldn’t surprise me either). Burst isn’t something that can be developed. Vision. Strength. Patience. Balance. Acumen. Even some agility. All can be grown. But you either have burst and acceleration or you don’t. He doesn’t. He never will. That’s not being a hater. That’s just having eyesight and not being a homer. You don’t need to have burst to be a good back. He may well be a great back. But he doesn’t have burst and Sherrone saying he does adds to the laundry list of things that calls his judgement into question.
