I haven’t read the whole book, but the “Atomic” part that James Clear writes about is you can make MASSIVE change with a 1 % improvement in your habits. The Brits won he Tour de France after decades of losing. I started developing daily disciplines after reading just the first part of the book, which I have continued for months. Second, have you guys done any left pocket/right pocket videos? Where you walk in with 10 $2,000 bills and go to 10 different machines... keep your buy-ins in your right pocket.
