In this compact MLO (only 15.5 Mb) you will now be able to create more RP, instead of being limited to just spawning the big guns or those super heavy...candies... The area is well guarded and you can't access the place with a vehicle unless you use the main entrance or the dock. With this BLACK MARKET, you can finally fill the RP gap everyone just knew about, with a cool new twist that can possibly create new factions, new jobs, new type of situations and overall more layers to every city story.
