That's the Escalation '84 submod in a nutshell. It adds the EU, USSR and US to EaW as dimensional travelers.

There's an add-on to it I enjoy, Escalation 84. In this timeline the cold war went hot, and humans made a portal to the mlp verse. I play as the human nations, just so I can rebuild them and not get into anyone's wars. During a war I just give people weapons and watch them go at it. Like in the Great War senerio.
