Honestly, they should've kept twilight a unicorn/alicorn. I dont mind pinkie pie being a pegasus since I feel it would fit her. For fluttershy, I feel like being a unicorn would fit her. Since unicorns are gracefull and fluttershy never really used her wings. But for twilight being a earth pony? It doesnt fit her, if they did might aswell redesign everything about her.

I agree so much with this. I would honestly like her to stay a unicorn, as it literally is the only way for ponies to use magic, after all, and Twilight literally is the Element of Magic.

I think its a good decision to make Twi an earth pony this time. Usually when you think of an earth pony, you dont think of magic, which does Twi stand out more. Anyway, all ponies and creatures have their own kind of magic; Pegasi can manipulate weather related magic, Unicorns can manifest any magic with enough study, Earth ponies have earth related magic and strength, Allicorns have all traits, Changelings have form-shifting magic, etc. Earth-Twi could make potions, cast spells without a horn, or a scientist, there are many posibilities.

they actually look similar to the real ones of the G5.... Rarity is Izzy Moonbow, (look the hair), Zipp obviosly is Rainbow, Pipp is Pinkie Pie (just look her WINGS!!!), Sunny is Twilight, in this version is an earth pony and Sunny becomes a alicorn too xD and Applejack is Hitch. Just FLuttershy is missing.

I love the designs there really cute I'm fine with flutters being a unicorn it kinda makes sense but.. pinkie having wings makes me feel weird a bit in my opinion in used to her being rather a uni or a earthpony ( again) trust me they all look adorable in the new designs^^ but with pinkie having wings I prefer her doing her cute little jump then flying I would let rainbow be the flyer or twilight and flutters and to make it half the same and half diffrent like how rainbow is always gonna be the fast one I think and twilight looks great in neither Pegasus, earthpony or uni but me saying flutters a unicorn? Is like there kind of replacing each other soft of not in a bad way a cute and strange one here's what I mean. Fluttershy " unicorn" means : replacing twilight and being the new twi and becoming a princess in g5 * even tho she is one because she is kind^^" it's a bit strange but adorable Pinkie "Pegasus " means: no cute jumping just flying Normally like a normal Pegasus like this flying Normally and no party jumping: no pinkie pie just normal party Pegasus and less using balloons to fly with but still is pinkie but I prefer her being earthpony or unicorn ^^ Lastly twilight earthpony means: kind of replacing a.j not really but sort of just not doing chores on a farm but here is a list 1. No magic 2. Being a normal scientist 3 . Making a bit of messes if she study's hard just like normal twi ^^ but no magic and uses potions it kinda makes sense
