Twilight has all her stats multiplied by 30 due to taking on the power of all three princesses. Her Ultimates become her basic attacks here, and she can use Celestia, Luna and Cadence's Ultimates. But will that be enough? Sweet Celestia someone please make an RPG of this.

I personally like to invision RPG-style battles out of FiM's action scenes and your set up for Tirek and Twilight's battle is very accurate to what I have in mind. However, Tirek's stats won't be maxed out but they will be strong enough to give Twilight a challenge (provided that she's at a high enough level.) Almost all of Tirek's special attacks are pretty much stolen from everypony else like you stated and Twilight would be carrying every special attack of the princesses. She can even use attacks that require her to be with the other princesses to use. There would be two phases to the battle, the first one being Twilight and Tirek's personal battle and the second being the rainbow Mane Six against Tirek. This phase would be MUCH harder since Tirek now has EVERY special ability of the main and supporting cast. The Mane Six would get their abilities back in the battle but Twilight is back to using the abilities only she has access to.

I kind of envisioned the second stage as the "obligatory breather battle after a really hard one" (like the actual final boss of FFX), where it'd be more of a glorified tutorial on using your new Rainbow forms than an actual difficult fight. This would be balanced out by how hard the first phase is. My stats here are an exaggeration, but basically the first Tirek fight happens on a much larger scale than anything before. Due to him having the power of.... everything, and Twilight having the power of three alicorns. If stats are normally in the hundereds, this would be fought with stats in the thousands, though with both of you still being evenly matched.

I consider it catharsis for all the instant victories by magic rainbows and love power. We've spent 4 seasons fighting villains too powerful to take head on, but for this one shining moment, we got to see Twilight not only willing, but able to fight her enemy face to face.

killdyouback I know, right? The term "Darkest Hour" really meant something in this show. From the start, the villain, lurking in the shadows but building his power, scared the PONY GODDESS OF THE SUN enough to make her and her family hide away their powers in her pupil's body. Even with all that power, she not only has to pretty much retrain herself to control it, but it's basically all riding on the off chance she can beat the one being that has drained the magical power (and pretty much the destinies) from everyone else in the nation, turned her best trump card (a god of chaos) against her, and held her friends hostage! And yet she takes him on, not with her usual wits or simply a speech about friendship to convince him to quit, but a head on, magical brawl that's arguably made MLP history.

Boss: Tirek Max HP: 13,130 Max MP: 6,666 Details: Tirek is one of the hardest bosses in the game because you only have Twilight for this fight. The Lord of Tartarus has a variety of spells including but not limited to Magic Drain (absorbs MP and decreases all stats), Magic Shield V (Quarters all magic damage for 5 turns), Earth Pony's Will (Summons crops to heal), Pegasus's Pride (Doubles speed for five turns), Unicorn's Wisdom (Doubles magic power for five turns), Storm Beam (Powerful non-elemental damage nullified by Magic Shields), and Pyroblast (Tons of fire damage). He also just loves Boulder Rush (heavy single-target earth damage) Twilight should wear fire and earth resistant or absorbing armor. If she has the luck of obtaining the Flare Pin and Crystal Ring, Pyroblast and Boulder Rush heal her. Putting on a Magic Shield removes Storm Beam and at that point, she can just nuke Tirek to death. Of course the former can only be found by random drops and the latter can only be won by fighting the superboss, Sombra's Stone in the Crystal Empire this early in. So Twilight should start off by casting her strongest Magic Shield, taking note to heal damage and status effects. On off turns Twilight should cast her strongest ice spell (Tirek is weak to ice). Tirek has very low magic defense so if Twilight has at least Snowstorm it should be over in about 3 castings.

This would fit in a Kirby game. Like Zero fed up with working behind the scenes absorbs all the souls of Kirby's past enemies to take on a new physical form. The dreaded Zero Three. The embodiment of all evil and wrath of Zero and the ultimate dark being. Kirby then has to use a combination of all his final powers to fight Zero once more. That would be the most epic last boss in Kirby history. Zero Three would be an abomination that has all the traits of past Kirby villains and shares their dark personalities being a chaotic and unstable being. This fight conveys hopelessness as Zero begins to absorb all joy from Popstar and the planet starts to decay. All fate rests on Kirby's shoulders or not only his planet but possibly the whole universe will be doomed into eternal corruption.
