This story develops the relationship between Misty and Opaline very well, since Opaline, instead of taking it out on Misty, only talked to her, and makes Opaline look like someone who suffered a lot in her childhood and above all, I think that like Starlight Glimmer, she hated and was afraid of cutie marks.

Based on that, they develop her depth very well and make Opaline seem like a much more real character (and it makes sense with her elemental power, exploring that "warm" and "cozy" part of fire)

This is what I wanted out of Misty and Opaline’s relationship. You can tell that Opaline isn’t entirely lacking in empathy by the fact she teared up at what Misty’s mother wrote. I hope this is not the end of their story together, whether Opaline continues to rampage and take everything down, or if she starts having second thoughts. I personally think the former would be more fitting, but I’m sure whichever path you take the story forward will be awesome!

Personally, I'd have liked Opaline to have been the first Anti-Hero alicorn. Since we already got the redeemed alicorn via Luna. So, while she's not exactly sunshine and rainbows with the main cast, she also doesn't go out of her way to antagonize Ponykind, thanks to some care/love for Misty.

Now that’s a twist I never saw coming!!!! We already knew Alphabittle is Misty’s father, but never knew what happened to her actually mother. The same with Sunny’s mother (which I’d like to see happening in future animatics). This is what G5 should’ve been before Hasbro decided to ruin it and now cancel it. Very awesome work Robin!!! Can’t wait to see what happens next if, there’s gonna be another. G5 is in better hands with us fans to give it guidance and friendship.🦄🦄🦄

I was happy to see that Misty had finally gotten through to Opaline, Hopefully in the future she'll learn to give the magic friendship a try and maybe she and Misty can have a real friendship! And it was interesting to learn about what happened to Misty's mom, In fact if the G5 series hadn't been confirmed to be ending I could picture that happening in the actual show. I absolutely enjoyed every second of part 6 Robin, As usual everyone did such a phenomenal and spectacular job bringing this masterpiece to life make no mistake about it! And also I have a long speech coming so please read it Both the Transformers and My little Pony reference each other for example Both the Aerialbots and the Wonderbolts are similar their both flight groups and the Wonderbolts do formation in some G4 episodes while the Aerialbots form into Superion the combiner Another reference with both franchises is how they handled both Optimus and Twilight As for Optimus he was a librarian discovering old Cybertronian history and info and became a Prime with the Matrix Twilight is very similar to Optimus she's also a Librarian in the Golden oak Library and became an Alicorn from completing StarSwirls incomplete spell so basically I love both Franchises I love MLP but I have a Bigger love for the Transformers it holds a special place in my heart everyone likes different things there's no right or wrong way to like both franchises is comes to taste

I like to think that Opaline never had a mother, and was raised by an arrogant, power hungry, abusive father. As a filly, Opaline finds comfort in fire after crying alone to herself in a dark room with only a lit candle by her side. One day, her father bursts in said room while she’s crying, comes up to her, then gets too close to the candle, flinching in pain. At that moment, Opaline sees weakness in him, and that’s what motivates her into studying magic related to fire. Long story short, she gets too focused on studying fire magic, Celestia and Luna find her obsession with fire concerning, and Opaline has a hard time making friends, going mad with power.

Bravo! Another amazing animatic, and i really like of how different Opaline and Misty's relationship is in your version of Mlp G5 compared to the official show. Which it's a fresh air, and i'm glad that there's people in the MLP community are re-creating G5 and giving it a proper story that it deserves after Hasbro failed horribly to keep Mlp: Make Your Mark alive due to the bad writing in it. And i think G5 deserves better even though alot of people don't like it but i don't care of what everyone says. I thought that MlP G5 Animatic Part 3 "Conflict" was the last part but somehow, this has lead to more new storyplots as well as new character developments. This animatic really shows that your animatics are so much better than the "My Little Pony: Make Your Mark". And now that MLP G5 is nearly ending, this is really the start of a new chapter for MLP G5 in your universe and I can't wait to see where this story goes from here. Excellent work!

This is quite beautiful, I loved the episode, but it could also be heartbreaking to know that Misty lost her mother, if this had happened in the real series, it would have affected the audience more. That's why I really enjoyed the chapter, it can have its good moments, but you have to know when they should develop, good plot.
