A commentator during the Stanley Cup finals went on a rant about how dumb "expected goals" are used in sports. I kind of agree with him. Who expected Chicago to get 5 goals recently. You don't know what's really going to happen in any match.

So the team with the most points in the league at the end of the regular season wins the supporter shield. But then there’s a playoff and the team that wins that gets the MLS Cup.
