@@MLTHubwithkamran sir. IF is there found ketone acetone and ketone acetoacetate positive in urine test. Then what cause of positive about these molecule. And what infections can be be occur if these molecule are positive. 2nd my question about ketone molecule if ketone molecule range come '' nil and 0mg/dl'' in urine test and blood test. Then nil and omg/dl range is good or bad. Internationaly knows ketone range 0.6-1.5 mmol. May mmol and mg/dl are count different? Thanks I hope u will get out my confusion and guide me. My dear high ketones are caused by diabetes, starvation,pregnancy, ketogenic diet, Alcohlism, diabetic ketoacidosis. It is not related with infection. And yes values will be different in mg/dL and mmol

Dear ammonium sulphates makes urine Alkaline so Nitruprusside can combine with Acetone or acetoacetic acid and reaction will take place more easily and accurately
