#MM #Pantry有嘢斟 // 辦公室戀情見光死？心理學家分析點解辦公室咁容易撻著！
相信大家出來社會工作之後，都會發現不少辦公室都有情侶出現，有同事與同事之間的戀情，也有上司與下屬的戀情，很多人都會擔心有公私不分的情況出現，也怕一旦情侶分手，在辦公室會造成尷尬，究竟為甚麼辦公室好像特別容易擦出愛火花呢？今集《Pantry有嘢斟》就請來智將情侶的Cherry和Kyle，兩人之前在100毛認識，之後拍拖，現在已經拍拖7年了，離開了舊公司之後還一起經營KZbin頻道，分享一下在辦公室拍拖的經歷。還有註冊企業心理學家Mills，分析一下促使辦公室拍拖的原因。
█ 近水樓台先得月
Mills表示，要發展成為情侶是有一個Liking Effect，即是你一個人是會比較喜歡上你，未必去到愛的，但是有好感，其實是一個策略，也可以刻意營造出來的，是可以不是真的。主要是有四大因素所影響。 第一個就是Similarity（相似度），對方越像我的話，我對他的好感就越多，所以人們可能在工作上面試的時候，你要做到和面試官好像很相似，他就會覺得這個人很好，好像很（合得來）這樣。 第二個就是Proximity（靠近度），當你越見得多不知為甚麼，你就會覺得他是越安全和越熟稔。即是在同一個條件下，一定是見得多， 合作得多一定會比較優勝。 而第三個就是Appreciation（欣賞）。即是他經常都會欣賞你，說話是會令到你開心的。第四個就是Attractiveness （吸引力）。你覺得那個人是吸引的，那看起來你就沒有覺得他吸引，但是他就覺得你吸引，是單向的，也是可以的。
█ 上司比同事更容易發展辦公室戀情？
Mills指出在辦公室內，其實直屬的上司是會更加大機會與下屬發展成為情侶，靠近度都一定會有， 上司很多時候對下屬而言，是吸引力，就會存在Attractiveness （吸引力）。 而上司下屬是多一個效應，是叫做Authority Effect （權威效應）。 比如下屬見到上司有權力，會比較仰慕，如果給一些甜頭下屬， 也會很容易動心。
智將情侶的Cherry和Kyle表示，在舊公司100毛的時候，上司和同事對於他們的戀情都沒有甚麼不滿，Cherry更表示，舊公司至少有30對情侶，雖然有不少情侶在同一間公司工作，但她表示如果大家處理得好，辦公室戀情都不是一個大問題，大家都要成熟地處事。

In foreign countries.. you need to declare "All your relationships" as well.. when you apply for a job in the financial sectors.. and normally.. this is gone to HR.. and then they decide whether they can and cannot employ you too. (This is in the UK.) And most of the time, you are also working in different areas, and never the same too. So that, you cannot take advantage of your positions, your jobs, AND your power. Obviously... that situation.. about the two dept heads.. with the above person overriding the individual as well.... that scenario can never happen.. and it should have NEVER happened either. And those "random shouts" from the bosses as well.. this is an indirect of "diverting the personal feelings" onto personal innocent people !!!! 對人不對事.... 她的上 司濫用咗佢嘅權力 ? No way.... Chi sin ! Prosecutable. Jailable !!!

The longer you work in an organisation, the cleverer you are at keeping your gob sh!t as well.. basically.. and frankly... as not to risk what you are working for. Why would anybody be doing this of sh!tty things ???.... And often.. conflicts and challenges at work. Should never be taken back home to begin with ANYWAY !!!... On a realistic note... this is kind of like superficial puppy love as well.... or what people classify as PSA behaviour.. cos if you stick with somebody for a longer time.. and invest time in your own actual sex life... Then I don't think you would NOT lose tears or even actual mental destruction when you do lose this person as well... And this is another reason why.. if you are a GOOD HR.. you would protect the lifestyle and the relationship of your employee. This is why that employment law is for... if there is no next generation... then where is your insurances going to come from? Where is your employee and population going to come from???.... ALL of this.. is COSTED in the West. Whether you have a child OR not.. is ALL Costed.... Taxation are calculated based on your behaviour here as well. So I don't understand why people here.. talk like, they don't have a duty to themselves at all ? Not at all ? To themselves.. to their own families as well.. How do you know that you won't be sleeping with your relatives ??... And whether you would create a child that is indeed genetically not there? I find it weird.. that such topics aren't discussed here.. at all...
