What a great retrospective of a fantastic career that almost got there. I've been a long-time Chael fan and always enjoyed his work on the mic. More than that, I always liked that he gave everything when he fought and win or lose, was gracious post fight. The reference to his father and the promise he made, is heartbreaking. Some may say, he deserved that failure of the promise but as a father, I would say he did all he could to make it come true and that would be enough for me. Now the Oregon Bad Guy continues to succeed through his hard work and has developed into one of the great analytic minds of the sport. Again, as a father, I would be proud.
