Id say Islam has some of the best if not the best MMA striking.. he may not have been an elite kickboxer or muai Thai ninja 🥷 before the UFC. But that doesn’t matter. He knows how to strike within the cage. Similar to how amazing Islam is In the wrestling & grappling scrambles.. even tho he was never an actual wrestler.. and would lose easily in a high level wrestling match.. but in the cage Islam understands how to make it work. Efficiently.
