It is culture, but not due to the constitution of the country, for one to talk trash in combat sports. Australia, New Zealand, and almost all Western European countries have freedom of speech, but UFC fighters from this region (except England and Ireland) don't talk trash. Fighters from England and Ireland talk trash because their base combat sport is boxing, not Eastern combat sports.

I am a lawyer and we have the same freedom of speak as US citizens, the issue is that you cannot offend people and the basic constitutional principles using the freedom of speak as a reason for that. By offending I mean being racist, bias against homossexuals, and plague against democracy or speak in public in favor of Nazism, things like that. That is for your own protection and for the society that evolves just to be at the point It is now. We will never retreat in terms of human rights, even If for that it cost limitations of certain individual freedom. Freedom is limited in all the most developed society. It isn't in the jungle.

He seems to mistakenly think that if you are not a mcgregor level star and you don't talk like him and act like him you not a star at all , thats bs gsp wasn't a big talker at all but in his prime he was the biggest star in mma he was a 900k level ppv star, silva too couldn't speak good English but at one point was a solid 500k to 700k ppv star. Just look at his own teammate poirier even tho he is nowhere near as big of a star as even silva waw he is still a big star that all people love and respect and his best ppv without fighting conor is 500k which is pretty good numbers, and Islam is a much bigger star than poirier.
