If he could get his stand-up improving. It's already decent; but it's not an "S-" or "A-tier" stand-up for WHERE HE WANTS to go (Top 5). He COULD defeat the veteran Alex Perez, given how elite Tatsuro's BJJ skills are, once they hit the mat. But getting an agile, stocky wrestler-based guy like Perez, who is heavy-fisted, to the ground could be a problem for the lanky BJJ specialist Taira.
