As long as it's called "skylighting_none.fx" it doesn't really matter.

If you have no skydome in the tools folder, then just go to the folder without using MMD etc then extract it then it is there when you try to load it up in mmd, i have raycast 1.3.1 and all i need to do is extract it.

the grand canyon file was removed in the latest version of rayshader.

Try downloading also an old version of Ray, you can only keep Grand Canyon and Helipad GoldenHour's Sky with Light_hdr.fx/SkyLighting_hdr.fx then use them in your Raycast 1.5.3-

What computer do you use to run raycast, certain computers aren’t able to run it as it’s pretty demanding and can cause crashes.

I haven’t tried but if you used the raycast tutorial without a skybox and load the Avi it might work

@@Pastelkryssiekat The skybox hides the background video and so does this way of doing it. Using this trick, it still hides the avi but it shows through the ground if the coordinate axis is displayed and you have to watch it through the grid. I've found just messing with mmd's built-in camera lighting and getting it just right can get it close, but there's got to be a way to do it. lol

What version of MMD do you have? I have MMD 9.26 but not the 64-bit and I don't have the option to add effects.

Jacey Bushelman You have to download MME separately. It's on the same download page as MMD. Also, be sure to download the corresponding version. Since you have the 32bit version of MMD, you will be downloading the 32bit version of MME.

Tyler Durden Go to the "MaterialMap" tab in MME, and click your model, for your model, load in "material_2.0.fx" and to find that file, in the ray cast folder, click the "Materials" folder and it should be in there. My model turned black when I loaded the main shader not white, but this might help.

Hikari Chan Did you extract the files that are inside the Tools folder? If not, that's why you cannot find the file. Extract and follow along with this tutorial carefully. You'll figure it out.

Did you tried loading ray.x in the accessory panel, and when using Ray Controller you tapped Select in the bone manipulation box? If you unselect in the bone manipulation you can see the changes, if you load ray.x it will work as main, and if you manually load main.fx (raycast/Main/main.fx) onto your models you can see the difference. Hope it works!

If you're mmd doesn't have mme on your screen your supposed to download it, it doesn't come with mmd itself you can get it at learnmmd.com just go to downloads and scroll all the way down

ths is slow >_< when i check my FPS it drop to 60 FPS to 9 or 8 and 6 FPS wow and it was so laggy 0-0 my computer will explode but it work anyways but very laggy but its fine for meh Edit:NVM it drop to 1 FPS or else XD when i load up but it went back to 9 and 8 and 6 FPS but it stop lagging for a while i got a fast computer
