If you think about it, long hair in reality is usually "going everywhere" when you jump or anything really. so to speak, the right one is more realistic than the left one. The left one looks like hair that had been glued together or kinda like a cloth. It looks heavier and usually the physics for curly hair. depends on what you wany to achieve, both are actually good. 👍🏻 personally i like the right one

That volume is more like curly hair though. Flat hair even when in action has often phases where it looks borderline like water(?) because it doesn't share that "fluffy" aspect as the strands can all lay down closely together.

Flat dry hair tho? 🙏 🙏 🙏 I wish theyre as smooth like that without sticking to the shoulder, to your back, your arms etc. Flat dry hair when you jump also tend to spread out like a fan. So imagine jumping right to left, it'll be similar to the right one. Ofc, volume of hair also matter. High volume, heavier. Low volume, lighter. curly hair will behave like both instance depending on the volume and types of curl. Wetness also matter. Depending on what you want to achieve with Luka, both are viable options. 😉

The right one is still better. Although the physics edit you made is pretty good, the amount of hair clipping that is seen when the model turns back is real bad when you compare it to the original one. No hate! This is still a pretty impressive job on your part since most the MMDc can't even make physics on their own. GJ! Stay Safe

My image of Luka is that she is more mature so I wish she had wider shoulders. anyway, I like how the edit moves but the original definitely has more volume. Generally I can tell theirs a difference but it's still kind of hard for me to notice. I like when hair moves in a more unified way so I prefer the left.

Left is definitely better, there are way more “hair strands” in the second which is okay if you wanna make it ultra realistic but for this model it’s a character so it doesn’t need that

i like the left one cause it’s movements are not very exaggerated and it’s a bit smoother but my hair (for example, and probably more) doesn’t stay intact very well. It flips around a lot and gets really messy so i don’t know which is more accurate.
