Do you mean the puddle effects at the beginning, if it is it then, it's a 2d effects recorded from the original game itself.

Thank you so much I'm trying to make a pv of this myself and having difficulty finding effects and props is there any chance you could share the props the paper and top of the model as I've scoured DA and everything but I cant seem to find them anywhere.

@@MMDKasumi The paper i ripped my self from the game www.mediafire.com/file/tom0731azw0q0ff/Paper+time+machine.rar/file here it is, for any prop such as the tower top you should look at the center of the stage ripped by 01mikuxlen02 the top of the tower is there, all you need to do is isolate it using pmx editor (it name is lambert631) , add a bone and rig it to the tower top, after that just use MMD op feature.
