In short, she gets pregnant (cough cough teen pregnancy) and probably gets rid of the baby (note the lyric, 'goodbye baby').

I am so fucking impressed over the MMD animation. There are NO flaws in his dancing, and it's obviously complete. The way his hair, mouth and clothes move are just unbelievable. All his moves are well-done, no where NEAR stiff and bland, and... I'm at loss of words. It's just fantastic.
