I think the commonest thing that one forgets is on the turning on a motorway - one forgets that a large vehicle turns in a different manner to that of a car and speed needs to be reduced much more than would be done in a passenger vehicle.

Is it much more economical to travel without a full tank of water and fill up when you reach your destination?

No we always recommend driving with minimal or no water and filling up when you arrive. Obviously sometimes this is not possible but it is always better to drive your motorhome with minimal water on board.

No-one ever explains how to get your motorhome level on an uneven pitch. Yes, I do have wheel ramps. But they only level side to side or fore & aft. If your pitch is sloping downhill and side to side, what do you do? Go somewhere else? I cannot sleep unless my bed is level!
