I feel attractive when I speak English. This language is on high demand and when I speak English and others can't , I feel different from them . I find myself unquie in a crowd . It gives me an identity.

Exactly how I feel every time I speak English! The more I told myself to relax, the more stuttering I became. Worse, my mind always goes blank whenever I'm engaging in an interaction with others, making a conversation in any language unbearable. My taciturn personality and high expectation of myself to fluently speak English surely add to the problem. Nevertheless, I've tried not to let these obstacles stop me from peaking English when needed. Thank you, EMMA, for helpful English lessons.

Hi, Emma . I have watched all your video. Sometimes I thought that you were speaking Chinese. But my uncle made me to watch all your lesson. He has said to me that only tremendous practice will help me to understand English better . Very often I understood half of your speech. And I feel that I am becoming the best student in my class. There is only one competitor in my class. 🙂

Answering to a questions in a different way is a great skill and it really add a different flavour to ur conversation.About 6 years back I met a girl while attending a competition, she introduced herself quiet differently by connecting her name to a movie, that was so cute and still I remember her name even though I forget the names of almost all the others I met🤩.

I used to feel shy when speaking English. More than I do nowadays I mean. Lately I've been trying to be more relaxed and enjoying the good feeling of being understood, despite all the mistakes I made, and to be able to understand others speaking a little bit better over time. So, thanks Emma for helping me out!!

I feel awesome when I speak English. After the conversation, I would be wondering how I got those words and phrases at the right moment. But, at times, I feel really hopeless after an interaction. It may be because I made a mistake or I didn't do well. Thanks Emma for the inspiration that you spread. Keep inspiring!!😊

Even now, I still feel overwhelmed when I speak English. I used to feel overwhelmed because my vocabulary and pronunciation weren't all there. Now, I still feel overwhelmed (not necessarily a bad thing) because I know so many different ways to say the same thing, but there are many hidden meanings and contexts that I am still unaware, so I could still upset or offend people, or others may still not understand what I mean. Also: I still miss that timing. When you lose that moment to react to what others have said, there may be no time to go back and react again because the conversation has moved on ages ago.

Hi Emma. I do not where and when, I read that the main reason to get nervous, fear, scary, or whatever, when we speak with anybody, is because the human being is a social animal and get nervous for fear to be rejected for another human being. By the way good velocity in this lesson, that let me shadowing all the entire video. Saludos desde México. Another like, because I watched twice...👍🏼😜

I had the experience of communicating with a native speaker in, so to speak, neutral territory. We were both guests in a country where no English is spoken, and I assure you we understood each other without any hesitation or embarrassment. It was a long conversation, to be honest, not without the help of a google translator, but we understood each other, and this is the main thing.)))

Hi Emma. You are an incredible talented person, who can speak infinitely lightly, easily and suggestively about methods of learning. Your video lessons are interesting and easily to understand for a foreign person too. I can you just praise and I am thankful.
