Pakistanis and Punjabis ruling class lack revolutionary spirit . Why . Because since 1860 our society has been dominated by Jagirdars and Zamindars . The majority is landless , harees , kammis , Musalis , and the poor . These classes aea deprived of right to own the land . The Bengalis and the Indians are different . Their leaders Pandit Nehru and Maulvi Fazlehaq abolished Feudalism . The real "dog in the well" is land ownership of the few . The civilised way forward is to change the electoral system from British "first past the post wins the race" and voluntary voting to Australian " compulsory voting" + 51% wins the race . All problems solved.

Gen Kiyani was behind Iftikhar Chaudhry and all that lawyer movement of 2008 to oust musharraf on US's behest, even kiyani was responsible for deputing Qazi (Khaki) faiz isa to balochistan high court back then.....they had planned a long game...IK was trapped to open a case against khaki by Bajwa.....khair...now its very evident that case against faiz easa was justified with her wife having dual nationalities and even names (Sareena here and Zareena Carlo something ... in Spain) and she syphoned millions to her own spanish a/c under the second name/identity back in the day.... all time notorious case of Hudaibiya paper mills was swept under the carpet by khaki easa ( probably on mi easbl directive) which was an open and shut case implicating SS BIG time

What Shabbar sb is saying is 💯 correct, however, his approach is academic which apply only when individuals in power position are working for the nation rather than their own or their party's agenda.

Much of what is known as BNS (Replacing the Indian Penal Court) is just a copy paste of the earlier IPC. The need to replace the colonial era penal code is definitely there but it should be done in a broad based manner involving the bar associations academia and full discussion in the legislatures. However the current BJP RSS government in India just did it like many of its unilateral acts like the controversial farms laws etc.

Why don't Constitutional Benches are formed in the existing set up of Supreme as well as of High Courts instead of creating the new Constitutional Supreme Court relegating existing Supreme Court to function under newly constituted Constitutional court!

I think Shabbar Zidi sb and Mian Ashfaq are wrong at some point ,the evidence against Qazi seems to be accurate which today he hasnt answered and his fellow judges protect him. The evidence seemed to be collected long before than Faiz Abad Dharna case ,to blackmail him, and there r chances that Qazi have sensed that his properties assets have been traced thats why he took the Faiz Abad Dharna case. One must look around all circumstances and check all parameters before taking stance against PTI.
