2023年北面马来西亚山道节太平站，已经是第六届了，可是这次是我第一次参与，也是第一次见到有这么多人参与越野赛跑。
我参与25公里的组别，由于路况恶劣，大会将原有的三座300米的山减掉一座，剩下两座300米和一座500米高的山，路程也因此缩短了约两公里。这次的路径明显有规划，除了500米比较吃力以外；其余的都比较轻松。一路上都有很多跑者，绝不孤单。
活动中遇见很多朋友，也遇见支持我“JayChanSolo”频道的你们；真的让我受宠若惊，谢谢你们。

The North Face Malaysia Mountain Trail Festival 2023 Taiping is already in its sixth editions, but this is my first time to participate, and it is also the first time I have seen so many people participating in trail running.
I participated in the 25km category. Due to poor trail conditions, the organizer reduces from 25km to 23km, which is leaving two 300 meters hill and a 500 meters hill instate of three 300 meters hill. The trail and direction was clearly planned, except for the 500 meters which was quite difficult; the rest was relatively easy.
You will never feel alone since many participant this time. I met many friends during the event, and also met those who support my "JayChanSolo" channel; I was really grateful, thank you.

Great video and congratulations on your 25k finish, Jay! The human train at the start is crazy! The food at the aid station and post race dinner looked so good 😋. I might consider running the 50 or 100k race this year.

Thanks for always sharing! And I like your Cantonese! We watched your video for Pahang Eco and we have just completed the 25km this month (it was tough)! Now looking at your MMTF Taiping looks ok... Is the Taiping trail considered runnable and safe to complete at night?

@@veronmk6987 Thank you for your supports. Pahang Eco from road to seashore to a roller coaster climbing, all this in 7hrs, is a tough event. Taiping will have a “human jam” since too many participant, indeed,most of trail is runnable, you will enjoy that. ✌️😊
