i love these tests cus they remind me that music, like any art form, is more fulfilling if you mess around and try everything that comes to mind, even if it doesn’t lead to an “official release” i’ve been struggling to finish and release my own stuff for years, many projects have been scrapped because i’m afraid it won’t be “good enough” or i feel like i can’t make it as good as it can be yet, these tests remind me that everything i do is a time capsule of who i am in that moment, it shows what’s driving me the most in that moment, and it’s okay for it to be “flawed” and “incomplete“ because the goal is to enjoy the process as much as the results, maybe even more than the results im doing this to express myself and that is what is most important to me
