The difference between 31t and 34t is the difference in rotational speed of the motor, where a motor with a lower number can achieve a higher rotational speed, but the torque is lower. If the difference between the two is not so large and you want a little stronger torque, you can choose 34t, and if you want a high speed, you can choose 31t.
