Eh, people will do just about anything to try and save their own skin. I've been in more than a few accidents where I wasn't at fault. Almost every single time the other driver outright lies or tries to lie later in court. It's the whole reason to get a dash cam. Now my question to you is; if people lie about small things where no one gets hurt. Why wouldn't they also lie when they are in serious trouble?
@daisychuju8944
@daisychuju8944 Ай бұрын
Blaming the victim is a common practice. Every time a person is killed by the police and is Brown or Black their history is brought up, troubled past, etc. If a homeless person is murdered or a person with mental health problems, same thing. It's horrible every time it happens. But this... this a special kind of wicked that I have not seen before. It is probably similar to other cases but to see a person so callous right after an accident is just gross.

I think she was referring to the car that pulled out to make the turn. She tought it was the girl that was driving and she believed she made an unsafe turn by trying to beat him. Obviously she was full of shit because the girl wasn't even the one driving and they thought they had plenty of time to make the turn, not realizing the cars approaching were going over 100 mph. She is an awful human being, but that seems to be what shen meant by that comment. This is in no way meant to excuse her, just for clarification.

I wish people would stop referencing it as they are in denial of their actions. It somehow to me is giving them some type of leeway. I know no one is doing that purposely when the use the word deny or in denial but it really matters in this case since Camille hasn’t one ounce of morals or respect, in her entire being . denial is usually an unconscious defense mechanism where someone refuses to acknowledge reality, while lying is a conscious act of stating something false with the intention to deceive; They are not in denial. I had lost my husband at the age of 21 to a drunk driver who had four previous DUIs. He tried to claim it was the hitchhiker's fault that he picked up who was driving his vehicle. Which was a bunch of BS of course! This man was so s***-faced he had his five children in the car just an hour prior to the accident and could have killed all of them. He has been in prison now for over 35 years and still denies the responsibility of taking my 21-year-old husband. It changes people, it changed me to a very scared young woman who never ever got over it. The only good advice I could give the mother of those too beautiful young souls is hang in there and one day you just learn to live with it. You never get over it You just learn to live with it every single day. There will never be closure because it's an ache in your heart that never goes away. I pray for the families for healing.

@@tonyramos2559 At over 100 mph, it takes literal seconds to pass three football field lengths - as the video states. You are underestimating how fast 100mph is, especially from the turning vehicle's of view. The turning vehicle was perpendicular to road, and the road is pretty flat, thus it's very difficult if not impossible to determine that the oncoming vehicles were moving that fast. If the racing cars were going the posted limit, the turning vehicle would have had ample time to make the turn. All of that said, even if the terrain allowed more awareness and the turning car did fail to see, you still can't put any blame on them. They were driving legally, and not driving double the limit which is illegal. 100% of the blame goes on the 2 racing cars.

I am speechless! The disrespect this girl has shown is unbelievable. She was reckless and disrespectful at the scene, and the language she used was absolutely despicable! I am sorry that this family will have to witness and relive this tragedy again through this video. I pray they can find some type of peace and I send my condolences to them all. May their beautiful souls rest peacefully. And this slap they got on the wrist is not only disgusting and disappointing but a joke that will never be funny. They Both should be in jail for a very long time. I truly believe this will not be the last time this girl hurts a family with her reckless driving . The respect and sympathy thier family has shown them is beyond what I could have given and more than they deserve. God Bless you all!❤

I was technically the cause of a bad accident, a truck stalled and I rear ended it. Thankfully nobody was injured but my immediate first reaction was to hug the other passengers from the truck I hit and thank god that they were in a larger vehicle than I was. The car I was driving literally crumpled like a tin can and I was inches from death and I had to crawl out a window. EMS arrived and were shocked I had extricated myself through the drivers window. I wasn’t concerned for myself but for the others. This girl is sick and twisted in the head.

I am glad everyone was okay. It happens sometimes unfortunately for lack of better phrasing. I lost control of my car once when going 70 miles an hour on the highway. The road was wet and my tires were bad (I was dumb and didn't know they were, still at fault tho). I went through a sign, almost went into the opposing lane but was able to get my car to go opposite direction up a hill, and almost went into the guard rail. Luckily there was nobody near me when it happened (only one person was but they far enough behind me that they had plenty of time to react) so nobody was hurt. I remember my first thought was shock and being thankful that I wasn't hurt, and then the next was panic about what if I hit and hurt someone. I probably would have if I was going faster. I honestly still don't know how I got so lucky. I still feel guilt over that
