he used to be bullied also about his dark skin which he and I have the same skin colour and a lot of people dont think I look Korean when im half Korean

is he full korean or just mixed? i know tasha suffered the same bullying. colourism was much worse for 1st gen and earlier.

Translation: Mother I miss you. From the time I was young, we were poor. Unlike other people, we hardly went out to eat. When my mom wasn't home, I would make myself an instant noodles and eat alone. I got really sick of instant noodles. I yelled at my mom for better food. She reluctantly took out her emergency savings, and ordered a bowl of black bean noodles. I was really happy. That's how we live. It hurts so much, but we smile again. In my first year at middle school, during lunch hour, we gathered together and opened our lunch box. This rich kid yelled at me. "What the heck is that lunch?" Mortified, I started to tear up. Then, that jerk started to tease me for my tears. I couldn't take it anymore and punched him in the face. My mother was called into school once again. She was called in... no, she was dragged in. "This won't happen again", she pleaded. With her head down to that jerk's mother, my mother pleaded. My mother pleaded. That's how we live. That's how we regret, we cry. That's how we live. It hurts so much, but we smile again. Even with out a father, we were finally able to make it. We opened up a small restaurant. Though it wasn't big, we were happy. Tears were filled in my mother's wrinkled eyes. We named the restaurant after the first letters of my mom and my name. We offered our prayers. It was late at night and on one seem to be leaving anytime soon. People kept congratulating us. When it finally reached midnight, everyone left. My mother must have been tired. She quickly fell into a deep sleep. And she never woke up again. I loved you. Though I never got to utter those words. I love you. Now, rest in peace, forever in the world without me. That's how we live. That's how we regret, we cry. That's how we live. It hurts so much, but we smile again. That's how we live.
