SEVENTEEN's performance in MAMA 2020 is the most unique one for me. They didn't use powerful backdrops and props, they didn't use dark concept, and they didn't wear heavy outfits and makeups.. This totally feels different, because this is the only performance that refreshed me, and brightened up my day. It made me danced and snapped. Even without using dark and heavy concepts, their own presence and talents already made the performance powerful. SEVENTEEN's performance is the best example of a perfect performance! I watched every performance yesterday and without doubt everyone is giving their best performance. But Seventeen just stood out being themselves. Others went for charismatic dark concepts but Seventeen just proved why nobody could top them in fresh concepts. It was such a tiring streaming yesternight and so many idols are giving out the intense choreo and song rearrangement. But i could enjoy myself to the fullest, singing and watching their choreo only during Seventeen time. They did not do some over exert choreo or too much rearrangement in their song. sorry but I’ll rant here a bit : this performance is just one of the many many illustrations to the fact that seventeen are the most incredible performers out there. they bring you ART, they bring you a STAGE . everything from the gestures to the footwork to the expressions to the slight dramatic elements is so intricately planned and perfected. the music is a celebration and the choreography is joy but the way they bring it together is something so incredible I can’t put it into words. the way in less than 10 minutes they not only got everyone hyped as shit but also the unit elements were so beautiful and unique and seventeen are just. absolutely brilliant and they deserve the world. i love you guys so much you’ve done so well.

SEVENTEEN STOOD OUT. Last yr, it was them that made everyone lose their seats and made everyone watched them with bulging eyes when they suddenly danced hit. And now, while everyone is doing dark concept, here they are, making MAMA2020 a colorful theatrical play haha. Watching it I feel like, I am currently watching a musical play. Has anyone watched the greatest SHOWMAN? Or an OPERA on theatricals? I love classics you see especially the speedy jazz you often hear at the ballroom dance floors. If I were being honest the Left and right dance/choreography was'nt the best of seventeen. I don't think its more fitting to win best dance performance. Best dance perfomance in award shows is based on impact to the GP, yeah left and right had an impact but enough to win. Also the one nominated in best dance performance is not seventeen its seventeen's comeback DANCE not the group. Yes we know Seventeen is known for being the perfomance kings of 3rd gen kpop but their recent choreography/ the one nominated wasnt their best. If I were being honest Nct Kick it was more deserving cause it had way more impact and very popular. But then Mama gave seventeen this award which more describes seventeen and I'm happy with that already. I'm happy they got 3 awards cuz yow the competition was big

@@soirann102 oh surprisingly same thought like the left and right choreo is the easiest choreo among svt choreos (they said it too) and home;run would have fit more than l&r with this title,, but anyways, the choreo is entertaining and creative (the distribution for example), and as you said, in general seventeen has the best choreos and is the best synchronized group, for that I think they deserve it too but the thing is that dynamite by bts doesn't fit neither with the best performance of the year award, better said, all the artists deserve it so yeah, I think every artist has great performances and they do the best on stage, I'm so proud of them

I only got into Seventeen recently, but I had seen their other performances before and absolutely loved them. I remember showing my grandpa their performance on James Cordon and, despite having seen 5 years worth of K-Pop performances, including a BTS concert, he considered it one of the best he’d ever seen. I wish I could’ve shown him this performance before he passed, he would’ve loved it. I wish nothing but the best for Seventeen in the future and beyond that. 13 incredibly talented men that deserve nothing less than success and true happiness. Thank you for the work you put into your music and performances and thank you for blessing us with stages that have made both me and grandpa happy. ❤️
