The miners use an SD card. They are easy to switch out if need arises. -Hg

You are very welcome! As far as making more HNT, it has the possibility since it can process things a bit quicker than others but it has yet to be seen how it will perform compared to other HS with less RAM, on the Helium network. -Hg

Does that reset button resync the miner when it gets stuck on a block and it appears as needs attention in app?

Hello Juan, the reset button just reboots the unit and puts it in pair mode. I have been having similar issues. Initially, I went nuts trying to figure it out. But if I just left the miners alone, they would show that they are syncing or synced within a day or 2. Use the diagnostics in the app to see if your inbound and outbound is functioning. That is the best way to know for sure. Helium is growing like crazy so these little false/negatives are expected in the near term. Once the validators are fully running, these little issues should be solved. -Hg

The Helium network uses RF (radio frequency) in order to transmit data to their subscribers. The antenna sends and receives those signals. There is a video in the description on my Helium network review, that will give you more info. -Hg

So just to be clear the Gold-colored Limited Edition has 8 GB of Ram and also has VIP support. Whereas the Black unit is their Basic Edition with only 4 GB of Ram with standard limited support. Don't get me wrong the Black Edition still has more Ram than other manufactures. Just wanted to clear that up for others asking what the difference is between the two units. NTC Reviews thanks for the Video. PS: As of 10/7/2021 both Units are sold out, I hope this is not a repeat of the same old thing for the miners as has been the case for over 6 months now. Just saying! :)
