hows your tyre pressure? the 450 wheel never got stuck but my crf230 used to just had to pull and pull using the front brake to hold the wheel if it started to come out. @@MaverickAus

if that's the only bine you use on it, it might be worth you making a plate to reduce the opening in the frame. @@MaverickAus

also maybe let all the air out of the tyre it might stop it from being so wedged?

Already smashed my rear window on my Landrover discovery3 using this with my gasgas450. Stupid LR3 hitch won't allow the anti movement adapter that comes with it so I got caught out on a really badly washed out dirt road that I was flying down and hit a huge rut too fast and the movement and flex was ridiculous and smashed the rear window. My fault mostly and I've just now decided to use my 2022 Hilux rogue to carry this carrier & dirtbike and using the adapter as well. It's certainly higher so see how that goes. :)

That sucks sorry to hear that, the plate does make a big difference, my friend used to use a strap to anchor his to the towing eyes too, to give it even more stability.

@@RossPerryProductions hi Ross. We used it for the first time after assembly a few days ago. We added the optional lights kit which work well. We found that two ratchet type strap tie downs for both sides of the handle bars and for the centre we secured both sides with turnbuckle fixtures and D shackles. The turnbuckles provide support for both tension and compression during acceleration and breaking. The bike was held firmly this way. Also the importance of the tilt stabilising mechanism works great provided the grub screws are evenly secured. By the time we got home after a 80km drive one of the grub screws became loose. So need to somehow secure these to not come undone during vibrations. Cheers Mate.

@@DefiantlyOz great news, I have also now added the light kit, turn buckles, and have started adapting the stabilising mechanism by welding a nut on the end of the bolt to give it more surface area, seems to be working great so far. Maybe one day I will make a video on the mods. Ross

Hi Andy, I ended up installing lights to mine too, it was super cheap and easy I bought this kit from Amazon. It fitted it perfectly I even mounted the side markers on the end: amzn.to/3Yvm8ag

Great video, can you please confirm if this is the 1500 or 1900? Description says 1500 but you loaded a 450. I presume this would have to be the 1900.

Hi Jaidee, I have used it on a falcon before and it worked fine, does the cars tow fitting have a weight rating on it? sometimes they put a sticker on the car (possibly inside the door openings) to say what it is rated too. 88KG would only be the same as as 4-5 bags of concrete in the boot, worth trying something like that first.

My rack hard sharp welds that cut me and very spotty but should do the trick, all in all could be better quality with welds for the price.

@RossPerry Productions yep, and the section the bike sits on kept dropping heaps of metal shavings everywhere which was just a pain in the ass especially with my daughter crawling around. Very poor for the price compared to others.
