In this video, I will be showing you how to make Sri Lankan famous spicy mutton rolls, a Very interesting and tasty savory snack recipe. I will show you how to make these mutton rolls step by step
Ingredients:
Oil-2 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1 Tsp
Fennel Seeds-1 Tsp
Garlic Cloves-6 or 20 grams
Ginger-small size or 11 grams
Large Onion-1 or 175 Grams
Curry Leaves Sprigs-2
Pandan/Rampa-5
Green Chili-11
Boneless mutton/Goat meat-600 grams
Salt to your taste
Turmeric Powder-1/4 Tsp
Potatoe- 3 or 700 grams
Jaffna curry Powder-3 Tbsp
Meat Masala Powder-1 Tsp
Lime/Lemon juice to your taste
Batter:
All-Purpose Flour-3 Cups Or 500 Grams
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to your taste
Water-3 cups + 1 1/2 Tbsp
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
