If the father did not pay lobola to the family of Moana’s mother, then the kids don’t belong to him. At least in my country that’s how it is. The woman’s family has right to the custody of the kids. The dad says her name was Mitchell Amuli not Moana Tbey are at the parlor, hes saying he took care of Mitchell now the mom claims Moana is not his child, he says he took care of his child when the mom dumped her tp go stay with another man in South Africa and she wants to take the body and exclude the father, so the parlor will not release the body until the parents agree on who should take the body

That is so sad this is a difficult time , both parents even though they dont get on it is important to compromise to let their child be laid to rest. What would have been Moana's wish. It should not be dealt like this its truly devastating to see.
